PM not going out properly

I have a PM just sitting in my Outbox to go to "60's Girl", why won't it go?
The other day a PM went out successfully to "Apple Scruff".

Rob....I believe people have to "pick them up" for them to leave your out box. That's how you know they have read them.

Yeah, folks: Don't forget to CHECK YOUR PM INBOXES!
Everyone should consider checking the options for "notify on private message" and "pop-up window for private message" in their account profiles.
